In this topic i would like to disagree with 75% and agree with 25% for some reasons.
Formal Education can not make you A successfully person if only you take it for granted such as be there for certificate and have a white collar jobs only. Education has to be the source of nourishing what you already have or to fill an empty mind with something which can be valuable to your life first. In Africa and other part of the world formal education is not work out because the dedication of our formal education has being done for employers/ government benefit and not those who are acquiring it. How can you teach a person how to generate money in someone else company, institute or an organization without starting with him/ her to understand how he / she can generate his own income before generating to another person?? This is other side of failure in formal education. If you think it is not true check out people who are said to be high educated what do they reflect from their certificate? what do they focus in their studies? or why do they increase their level of education? you will find it because they want someone to rise an income for them and not to rise for their own income through their level of formal education.
25% - As i suggested before formal education can make you successful if only you focus on linking the vision you have in your life with formal education you acquire example you see yourself in future as one among the owner of a certain industry concerning agricultural products so what you need is to make sure the formal education you acquire reflect your vision.
Grades are nothing with being a successful person. if so i could say all "C" are the one to be called a successful people because SUCCESS has 2 "C's" and no "A's". The problem with our formal education is lack of CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION it fully of copy and paste until we have reach a point we say it gives us the certificate of memorization due to fear, pressure and wrong ideas given to students about life and the education they obtain in their centers eg If you fail you are fool and you will be nothing in your life. That's why i disagree 75% with the statement.
